When Roberto D’Silva first arrived in the United States in 1996, the thriving cityscape of Phoenix, Arizona, became his new home. A young man driven by a zest for success, Roberto navigated his journey from an eager teenager to a distinguished high school graduate, with Phoenix serving as both his canvas and crucible.
The seeds of Roberto’s extraordinary creativity were sown amidst the familial bonds with his grandmother, a seamstress, who became his first mentor. Her lessons extended beyond the mere art of sewing—the threads of passion, precision, and attention to detail were woven into the fabric of Roberto's developing hero's journey.
Under his grandmother's patient guidance, Roberto honed his sewing skills, all the while absorbing the aesthetic sensitivity and meticulousness that would later become his design hallmarks. These formative years marked a phase of discovery for Roberto, revealing to him a unique medium of self-expression and paving the way to his niche in fashion design.
Fast forward to today—Roberto D'Silva has blossomed into a distinctive figure in Phoenix's fashion arena. He has channeled his inherited passion and painstaking attention to detail into a field that had remained underexplored in the Phoenix fashion realm—men's custom swimwear and underwear design.
Now recognized as one of Phoenix’s only men’s custom swim and underwear designers, Roberto's work stands testament to his unyielding determination and unique vision. Our Founding
In 2012, Roberto D'Silva launched his namesake brand, a men's custom swimwear and underwear line, in Phoenix. The lessons he learned from his grandmother and his unparalleled creative verve led him into the largely uncharted terrain of local fashion design. His special touch lies in the fact that each item is exclusively handcrafted by D'Silva himself, ensuring its superior quality and uniqueness.
